The space
This home has a large main floor with plenty of room, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for dining and cooking, flat screen TV, dining area, fireplace, pack & play and high chair. Main level master bed and bath. Additional upstairs master bed and bath. Loft futon and work area. Downstairs has a huge recreation room with a regulation pool table, ping-pong, electronic dart board, beer cooler, music system, sofa and recliner, large flat screen TV, brand new sleeper sofa, a queen self inflating air mattress for additional guests and a utility room with a high efficiency washer and dryer. Downstairs bedroom has two single beds and a full bath. Outdoors upstairs has a large sun deck with dining area, Chef's grill and lounge chairs. Downstairs porch has a swing, dining table, lounge chairs, a wireless Bluetooth sound system, a hot tub and a beautiful fire pit. Well behaved, house broken pets are welcome. There are gates on the deck and stairs to ensure they have room to roam safely. There is a large crate in the main level bedroom for your pet as well as food and water bowls. The friendly deer will come up to the porch for you. Deer food is provided!

Parking for 4+ cars. Gated access to the neighborhood. Passkeys are provided and are in the cabin.

Conveniently located to Tryon Equestrian Center, Asheville, Smoky Mountains National Park, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock and more. Too many things to list. There is a comprehensive binder in the cabin with all sorts of local activities. Zip lines, fishing (Rods and tackle provided), kayaking (2 kayaks provided for your personal use, located on a rack at the lake), boat rentals, wineries, numerous restaurants. Fun for everyone!!!
